LeaderSpeech: A Corpus of Speeches by National Political Leaders (https://doi.org/10.7910/DVN/OHGRC3)

The LeaderSpeech dataset consists of 26,565 speeches from 324 political leaders in 108 countries, covering 32 years (1992 to 2024). Speeches are representative of country leaders' (of the executive branch) values, attitudes, policies, and positions. Metadata provides information about when, where, and to who the speech was given.
